Choắt chân đỏ là loài chim nước có kích thước trung bình (khoảng 30 cm) trong họ dẽ. Chim có chân và mỏ màu đỏ, lông dưới đuôi trắng. Chim thay lông hoàn toàn vào mùa đông. Chim thường có thân trên màu đen vào mùa hè và chuyển màu nhạt hơn nhiều vào mùa đông.
Description:
The spotted redshank is a medium sized shorebird (about 30cm) in the sandpiper family. It has a red legs and bill and white-rump. It’s plumage is completely moulted in winter. It has black upperparts in summer and much paler in winter time.
