Mô tả:

Mỏ rộng hung là loài nhỏ nhất trong năm loài mỏ rộng ở Việt Nam (chỉ khoảng 16 cm). Chim trống có đầu màu hung với trán màu xám tro và lông mày đen rậm, thân dưới (gồm ngực, bụng và bao đuôi dưới) màu trắng sáng, lưng và bao đuôi trên màu nâu sáng, và lông cánh màu đen lẫn xanh da trời. Chim mái giống chim trống ngoại trừ có vòng nhỏ màu bạc ngang ngực.

Description:

Silver breasted broadbill is the smallest species among five broadbill species in Vietnam (about 16 cm). Male has pale rusty head with ash-grey forehead and broad black supercilium, white underparts (including breast, belly and vent), bright rufous back and rump and striking blue and black flight feather. Female is similar to the male except has a a narrow silver band across the breast.
