Chích đuôi cụt bụng xanh là một loài chim ăn dưới đất rất nhỏ (chỉ khoảng 9 cm).  Chim có thân trên màu xanh olive sáng với đuôi rất ngắn, lông mày xanh lá cây nhạt ngay trên một sọc mắt đậm màu đen. Chim trống và chim mái giống nhau.

Description:

Grey  bellied tesisa is very small species in ground-dwelling warbler group (about 9 cm). It has bright olive-green upperparts with very short tail, light green supercilium just above the strong black eye stripe and white underparts. Male and female are similar.
