Mô tả:

Khướu mỏ dẹt cằm đen là loài có kích thước lớn trong nhóm khướu mỏ dẹt (khoảng 20 cm). Chim có màu nâu sáng từ đỉnh đầu đến gáy, mặt đen, mỏ lớn màu vàng, nhiều đốm đen ở ngực, thân trên màu nâu với đuôi dài và thân dưới màu trắng đục. Chim trống và mái giống nhau.

Description:

Spot-breasted parrotbill is large species in parrotbill group (about 20 cm). It has  rufous crown and nape,  blackish face, big yellow bill, black spotted breast, brownish upperparts with long tail and whitish-buff underparts. Male and female are similar.
